Annual Return and Declaration

Annual Return and Declaration due by 14 July.

Under the Teachers Registration Act 2000, employers must provide the Board with an Annual Return relating to the registration status of all persons employed or engaged to teach at the school/workplace.

This means all principals, on behalf of the employer, must complete the Annual Return and Declaration as at 1^st July 2023 and provide this to the Board by Friday 14^th July 2023.

The TRB sent a cover letter, fillable PDF, and information on Watch Lists to known Authorised Persons on 29th June. If you have not received this, please contact the TRB at AnnualReturnAndDeclaration@trb.tas.gov.au
